Meet The Dentists

Dennis Lockney, DDS

Dr. Lockney has a passion for excellent dental health. He truly believes that a healthy, beautiful smile can make a world of difference in one's life. He is dedicated to helping patients realize the benefits of optimal dental health.

Dr. Lockney is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He has focused much of his post-graduate education on cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Lockney and his wife, Norma, have resided in Concord with their three children since 1993.

Tyler "Dr. Ty" Lockney, DDS

Dr. Tyler Lockney is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He went there for undergraduate studies from 2007-2011 and again for his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from 2013-2017, following in his father’s footsteps! He has been practicing in Concord, NC since 2017. Dr Ty has focused much of his post-doctoral career on CE courses involving implants and bite splints in an effort to help people regain teeth and combat TMJ dysfunction.

Away from the office, his favorite activities are playing basketball, volleyball, scuba diving, traveling, and snowboarding (recently he has been learning to ski as well). He also loves to keep saltwater aquariums and entertain his crazy Huskies, Waldo and Kiko, and his Shiba Inu, Oso; He also loves spending time with his significant other, Dr. Ana Murillo, who enjoys many of the same hobbies.

Dr. Ty is proud to be an involved member of the Concord community by supporting events like Relay For Life and Missions of Mercy (MOM) clinics in addition to serving patients from the Free Clinic.
